God Is a God of Instant Miracles
The text is Mark 5:24–34. Jesus went with Jairus and much people followed Him, thronging Him on every side.
Mark 5:25–29 — A certain woman who had an issue of blood for twelve years had suffered many things from many doctors, had spent all she had, and rather grew worse. When she heard about Jesus, she came in the press behind and touched His garment. And straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up and she felt in her body that she was healed of that plague.
The State This Woman Was In
This was not a three-day illness. It was a long-standing issue — 4,380 days of continuous bleeding. Three states describe where she had arrived:
- Physical exhaustion — she had suffered many things from many doctors.
- Financial ruin — she had spent all she had, nothing remained.
- Progressive deterioration — rather than improve, she grew worse.
She had come to the end of herself. Everything she knew had failed. She had tried every avenue. Many people don't see their deliverer until they come to the end of themselves.

Psalm 107:27–28 — "They reel to and fro and stagger like a drunken man, and at their wits' end, all their wisdom has come to nothing. Then they cried out to the Lord."
As long as there is still one doctor untried, one uncle not yet contacted, one option remaining — the full weight of faith will not rest on God. Many times when strength has failed and too many options remain, God is not yet remembered. This woman had exhausted all human possibilities. It was God or nothing.
First Key: Get to the End of Yourself
The first key to receiving instant miracles is to get out of yourself. Come to the end of your own resources. Don't hold an option in your back pocket. Come with a posture that says: it is God, or it is nothing. I have come here — there is no other option.
The behavior in a meeting reveals how much one truly needs an instant miracle. She pressed. There was a massive crowd. It didn't matter — she was pushing. Her faith had been stirred by the testimonies she had heard about Jesus. Faith is built on what you hear about Jesus. Your faith is built on the testimonies you hear about Him.
Second Key: Hear About Jesus
She had heard reports concerning Jesus — the Amplified Classic says exactly that. Faith comes by hearing. What you hear about Jesus is what stirs your faith. The reason she pressed through a crushing crowd was that she had heard too many testimonies about Him. That is what gave her the strength to push when she had nothing left physically.
Your behavior in a prayer meeting tells whether you truly need an instant miracle. Are you willing to press? Are you willing to get to a point where how you look does not matter? Because for you to receive instant miracles, there is a behavior required.

Third Key: Speak Before Manifestation
Verse 28 reveals something critical: "For she said, if I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole."
While she was pressing through the crowd, she was saying something. She was confessing before she arrived. She was declaring the outcome before the manifestation.
In the faith realm, confession is made before manifestation. Faith is not silent. Faith speaks.
Faith does not live in the past — it confesses the future in the present. It is not a probability language; it is a possibility language. How one knows faith is present is by what is being said to oneself, regardless of the circumstances.
2 Corinthians 4:13 — "We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed and therefore have I spoken; we also believe and therefore we speak."
When you believe, you must speak. No silence. If someone says something contrary to what you believe, you respond with what you believe. Confession builds something in you. Confession activates miracles.
Psalm 116:10 — David was greatly afflicted, yet he believed and therefore spoke.
Keep on saying it. Faith doesn't change its language.
God Addresses Root Causes, Not Surfaces
When virtue left Jesus and the woman was healed, the Scripture does not say the bleeding stopped. It says: the fountain of her blood was dried up.
God does not come to address symptoms. He does not come to address surfaces. He comes to address root causes. He doesn't want His children going back and forth. He came for the fountain — the source — not just the effect.
Every root cause that has brought sickness, that has caused stagnancy, financial hindrance, or marital delay — God is here to address the root.
The Touch That Drew Power
With the multitude thronging Jesus, everyone was touching Him. Yet He asked: "Who touched me?" His disciples were confused — the crowd was pressing on Him from all sides. But He felt power go out.
The reason is this: the crowd was touching Him randomly, out of general proximity. But this woman touched Him out of faith. There is a touch of emotion and there is a touch of faith. Faith draws virtue.
His power was present to heal — Luke 5:17 says the power of the Lord was present to heal. It is always present. But a touch of faith draws it.
James 5:15 — "And the prayer of faith shall save the sick."
Your faith puts a demand on the integrity of God. When He says it, it shall come to pass. No devil can stop it.
God is not a man that He should lie. When He says it, it will surely come to pass.
James 4:7 (Message) — "Let God work His will in you. Yield to God, and watch the devil scamper."
Yield — and shout a loud no to the devil. The will of God prevails over your life.
His power is present to heal. His power is present to deliver. His power is present to restore. Whatever that long-standing issue is that you have come with — open your mouth and draw from Him. It is just a touch — a touch of faith. And your faith has made you whole.
