Genesis 21:1 - 2, 1 Timothy 1:17 - 19

God is prophetic in his character - one of the reasons for this is that He is spirit, and every spirit is prophetic in nature Isaiah 46:10, 2 Peter 1:19

The bible has 3 layers of engagement:

1. Prophetic, historic, archeological layer
2. Doctrinal layer
3. Prophetic layer

Jeremiah 1:5 - 10

No prophetic word comes to pass by default. The few prophetic words that come to pass without the interruptions of men - they are called written judgement. Some examples include the imminent destruction of satan, the imminent destruction of those not found in the lambs book of life.

Prophecies always demand human participation to come to pass.

Isaiah 60:3, Daniel 9:2&10:12

Satan always fights the arrival of prophecy.

1 Peter 5:10, Isaiah 51:2

There are certain prophetic word that are not specific to any individual, God places those prophetic word with dates and the way they come to pass is that any vessel or people that are available and pick it - for example, the name of Jesus was never mentioned as the betrayer as Jesus before he did, same with Mary.

If it ever comes to pass, it is not just because the almighty God spoke, but because men heard Him, received it and have been trained to engage that word until it comes to pass.

Your obedience is more important that your hearing. Luke 2:36

The prophetic can come by pre-ordination, impartation and association.

Wether the prophetic word comes as revealed in scripture or comes as a declaration from God to you, you are not the only one who hears the prophetic word - satan, demon spirits and sometimes evil men hear it too.

Genesis 27:9 - 11&27:24 - 40

No prophecy is allowed to be permanent if you don't agree with it.

Fear is also a way of receiving - fear is like opening your door and saying any spirit can come in. John 1:17

Keys that can help any believer war with the prophetic

1. Verify that the prophetic word is consistent with God's character and God's will for your life - The way to know the will of God is to go to His word Ephesians 5:17

   The greatest way to redeem your time is to know what the will of God is early

   You reject it by countering it with what it is written.

   The difference between expressing fear and manifesting faith is whose words you are using. It only because faith if what you are saying has bases in the word.

2. Believe the prophetic word Luke 1:45

   What prophetic word should you believe?

   1. That which is edifying
   2. That which brings glory to the name of the Lord
   3. Even if negative that which has been countered by the word of God

3. You enforce the manifestation of every good word in the place of prayer and you cancel the manifestation of every negative prophetic word in the place of prayer.

   Without an amen(agreeing with the prophetic word) nothing comes to pass. So what about the negative things that are happening in your life - there has to be someone doing so.

   You cannot birth prophecies if you do not engage in prayer.

4. Fulfilling the conditions connected to the manifestation that are attached them Hebrews 4:2

   When you see consistent result, it is a product of mastery!
