Ezekiel 11:1-5. Moreover the spirit lifted me up and brought me to the east gate of the Lord's house, and behold, at the door of the gate twenty-five men, among whom I saw Jaazaniah the son of Azzur and Pelatiah the son of Benaiah, princes of the people. Then said He unto me, "Son of man, these are the men that devise mischief and give wicked counsel in this city." They say, "It is not near, let us build houses, this city is the cauldron and we be the flesh." Therefore prophesy against them. Then the spirit fell upon me.

There was a problem in that particular city. Things kept happening despite all the prayer, all the intercession, all the vigils kept. It felt as though the prayers were almost in vain, because when you do not see the answer humanly speaking, it seems like an effort in futility. But before God, prayers are banked, and a time comes when withdrawals are made.

Men Who Draw Blueprints

Other translations render verse two as, "these are the men who draw up blueprints for sin, who devise new programs." A blueprint is the architectural plan drawn before a house is built, and the engineers who build it must follow it exactly. In the same way, for everything that happens in the physical, there is first a blueprint drawn in the spirit.

• Someone offends you, and you assume it is a spontaneous event, not realizing it was already planned in the realm of the spirit.
• You pray fervently through the night, retrieving your destiny in the spirit, and the next morning your neighbor starts a quarrel with you. The victory gained overnight, the enemy immediately schemes to make you throw away through anger.

Satan works on intelligence. There is something called demonic technology. Satan studies people, their temperament, how they think and reason, especially in a specific location. This is why, in Mark 5, the demonic spirits begged Jesus not to cast them out of that region, because they had studied the people there and knew exactly how to trigger them.

Programs, Not Just Circumstances

A man wakes up in the morning believing his direction is his own thought, not realizing a blueprint has already been designed for him in the spirit. The serpent was described as more subtle, not more stupid; subtlety, not brute power, is the weapon of the enemy. A serpent's path is never straight, and it can live inside a person's belongings for a long time before it strikes, that is how the enemy operates: quietly acclimatizing until it fits the environment perfectly.

Satan studies a person's weaknesses and strengths and turns both against them: manipulating temper, manipulating emotion, so that despite genuine prayer, nothing seems to move, because a program has already been drawn against that specific life.

Anything that requires you to "buy" something spiritually is not of God. Your salvation and inheritance in Christ were freely given; there is nothing to purchase. A demonic solution may bring temporary results, a business may suddenly start selling after visiting a place that burns incense, but the price shows up elsewhere, a child falls sick, because the spirit that left the business simply moved to attack another area of the same life.

Prophesy Is Declaring Original Intention

Prophecy is declaring what God ordained before you were born, not what has been scripted against you. Like an actor following a script written for him, playing different roles convincingly, believing it is his own decision, a person can spend a whole life following a program devised against him without recognizing it as such.

• Certain locations carry a spiritual program: tenants under a particular landlord keep growing poorer while the landlord grows richer, purely on account of the location.
• Entering a new region in ministry may require deliberately rewriting whatever blueprint has been drawn over that territory before real fruit can be seen there.

The promises of God are freely given, but it is your responsibility to engage in taking them, the way a canteen advertises "food is ready," yet that food is only ready for the one whose pocket is ready to pay for it.

Running From What You Should Run From

One brother spent seven days on the mountain in prayer, and as soon as he returned home he assumed the season of intimacy protected him automatically. A sister brought him food; what began as hospitality became temptation, and he fell, losing in one night what seven days of consecration had built. Just as Joseph, face to face with sin in Potiphar's house, did not speak in tongues but spoke to his legs and ran, there are moments that call for flight, not for prolonged spiritual wrestling. Do not waste your groaning on what you should simply run from.

Discernment of these programs can also cost you relationally, because those without the same insight will not understand your caution and may feel offended by it.

The Story Of Samson And Delilah

Samson could not be advised; he loved attention and could not be talked out of what he wanted. When Delilah wanted to control him, she positioned his head on her lap, because sight, hearing, taste, and smell were all being controlled through that posture, and those senses shaped his will. She asked him the secret of his strength three times, and each time he lied and was tested, and each time he still returned his head to her lap. Only when he told her the truth did they act on it, and the first thing done to him was to take his eyes, because as long as he had his sight, he could recover.

Prayer Declaration

We are going to pray, to cancel the blueprint and deprogram the programs drawn against us, so that as we plan, no other plan will stand except the plan God has planned for us.

• Every strong man and evil custodian around my life and destiny, I cancel your blueprint. I deprogram your program.
• My Father, in the name of Jesus, as I begin to pray, every strong man, every evil custodian around my life and destiny, I cancel your blueprint, I deprogram your program.

I decree today, signing a divine injunction and making proclamation against every strong man, every evil custodian, and every orchestrated evil program: today they are deleted from your part of destiny. Your children, your spouse, your health, your home, your marriage, your career, your pursuit, they are deleted, in the name of Jesus.

Faith Requires Action

Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God, but every word has no capacity to produce results on its own except it is activated. People pray for change and take no steps in that direction. A state can pray against insecurity, but when leadership also takes decisive action alongside the prayer, the change becomes visible and measurable. Prayer creates the grace; action activates what has been received.
