The God Who Hears

Imagine a scenario where there is no one we can run to as our Father. Imagine there is no one who hears our prayers — that when we pray, we are just wasting our time. The enemy would have torn us to shreds. But the blessed joy and assurance is that when we run to him, he hears us.

Prayer is like depositing money in a bank. You will meet it there. Sometimes the prayers prayed in a season that looked like a wilderness — where it did not even look like one day these things would come to pass — those prayers produced results in time. There is indeed a God that hears.

One of the things every praying person must always watch against is discouragement. The moment you begin to pray the right prayers, you begin to hit the enemy where it really pinches. He will do everything possible to give you the impression that you are wasting your time.

Testimony: What God Has Done

These are the things God is doing that have been hidden. Every testimony has the power to replicate itself. God is answering prayers. The ones you prayed in the wilderness season — in the season where it did not look like anything would come to pass — God was hearing every one of them.

Let those who are in the middle of their own season read testimonies and be encouraged. The God who did it for others is able to do the same for you.

When Women Pray

Every believer should pray, but when it comes to the womb of intercession, there is a very special grace on women for that. These Deborahs, these Jaels — they are gifts only God can give.

There are so many things God will do, and he is going to do them through many vessels. The grace of God poured through different servants is a blessing to the body. One of the things I have learned that is so humbling is the fact that there are so many things God will do, and he is going to do them through many vessels.

Drawing on the Word

Psalm 92: "It is so enjoyable to come before you with uncountable praises spilling from our hearts." Notice it does not say spilling from our mouths. Thanksgiving and praise start from the heart. The ability to see God beyond your situation — to think deeply and see the goodness of God, the loving kindness of God, the immeasurable love of God — you cannot quantify it. You cannot comprehend as much as you cannot comprehend what God can do. It is only the things you have the ability to see. How about the ones you cannot even see?

Psalm 86:1: "Lord, bend down to listen to my prayer. I am in deep trouble. I am broken and humbled and I desperately need your help."

Some people try to hide from God — to pretend they are fine even before the one who sees all. You can know that God sees everything. So why hide? If you are broken, say it: "Lord, I am broken. I desperately need your help." Cry out to God over this matter. Help me over this situation. It is out of desperation. Receive help from Zion this morning.

Breaking the Spirit of Barrenness

There is someone here crying under a spirit of barrenness. The cry of the children of Israel rose up to God in heaven. God heard their agony. The spirit of barrenness is being in a state of being unable to produce valuable results. It does not have to literally mean you cannot give birth. There are people who are barren of creativity — you try to give yourself to knowledge but you have not entered the place of understanding. You can read things and it looks like you understand, but when it comes to implementation, you are blank.

Barrenness can be financial — you look like you are making profit but you cannot gather it. You cannot tell where the money is going. That is the spirit of barrenness.

God says He has come for you. He is showing up. He is showing up for you.

For any woman trusting God for the fruit of the womb — the Lord says it is not even dependent on your belief this time around. He says: I will do it. Even when some things cannot be done, I can create it back. Even when it looks like a write-off, when the doctor's report says there is no longer a solution — God says: I can recreate it.

My father shared a revelation. He saw himself walking in an estate with a fence all around. He saw every one of his siblings — from both families — bound with chains, crying. He wanted to loose their chains. As he moved to the first person, a voice called his name from a story building and said: "Just because we gave you liberty to walk around, you think you are different from every one of them. Because of your level of prayer, you have the ability to walk around. But look at your leg." He looked and saw a big chain — very long — being held by that entity. It was as if to say: your level of prayer is why you are not bound like they are, but you are not truly free.

There is a freedom that looks like freedom but deep down you know you are not fully free. Limited results — compared to the agenda of God for your life, compared to what God wants to do with you and through you — you have not even clocked 10% of it, yet it looks like you are doing fine.

I see someone — you and your husband are always fighting. You do not even know the reason. It looks like every time you are about to enter a breakthrough, you have a misunderstanding until you miss that season. I can literally see a spirit in your house causing that dispute. It is a spirit.

I see a lady — you look beautiful, but there is something like a fragrance that is sending away favour from your life.

Decrees and Declarations Over Your Day

Just like God was asking Ezekiel, "Can these bones rise again?" — God is asking you: what do you want today? How do you want your day to look like? There is a creative dimension of God in your DNA. Create what you want to see today.

When we say decree into your day, we are not saying decree based on your account balance. If the President takes you to a restaurant and says "Order what you want," at that moment it is not about your account balance — it is about the capacity of the one who said order. God is saying: create how your day should look like based on what you know I am capable of doing.
