Recap of part one

1. God is glorified when His glory is trapped and revealed in and through believers. Glory is the holistic capture of every dimension in God: His wisdom, power, favor, goodness, kindness, mercy, grace, omniscience. It is beyond smoke.
2. Travail only becomes necessary when you understand God's prophetic program.

   The general program is all men saved and coming to maturity. There are also unique programs for individuals, families, nations and territories, and they are dispensational Jeremiah 1:5, Hebrews 10:7

   Your relevance in the kingdom is not intrinsic. It is the degree to which you align with God's program per season. God's power goes where His will is.

   Satan also has an agenda for individuals, families and territories John 10:10

3. Man is the midwife that can birth God's program or interrupt it.

   The word is not permission, it is partnership. God reigns over all and needs no permission from anyone, but He needs your partnership. God is able to do without you, but He made Himself vulnerable to your contribution.

   God is looking for men who are available, aligned, yielded and consecrated. Every time you tell God no, a soul pays the price. Every time you say yes and press through, you enhance another person's destiny.

   Man is not just a human being. Man is a strategy. The church is a spiritual strategy.

4. Prophetic seasons are birthed by God at work in you both to will and to do Philippians 2:13

   Travail is the constraints, inconveniences, disciplines and ordinances that lead to the birthing and manifestation of God's glory. The kingdom definition, not the dictionary one.

   It begins with the gift of dissatisfaction. It is not the seed, it is the initiation. God zooms it to the area of your prophetic call. You can ignore or numb that nudging but it will not die.

   Dissatisfaction draws you to the place of prayer, the place of intimacy. There a divine seed is deposited and you become pregnant. The name of that pregnancy is a burden.

Burdens, seasons and the glory

Burdens open us up to seasons that bring the glory 2 Corinthians 4:17-18

Unseen is not unreal. They are unseen to the optical eyes but they are realities already seeking expression. There is a technology that empowers a believer to see what has not yet appeared.

What is a burden

A burden is a spiritual constraint. A strong feeling of heaviness. A weight. An unrest perceived in the spirit of a man, particularly the recreated human spirit.

Jesus in Gethsemane Matthew 26:36-46

"Began to be sorrowful and very heavy" is the description of a burden. He was about to birth salvation. No woman's size remains the same when she gets pregnant. "My soul is exceeding sorrowful even unto death."

The disciples had no burden. Nothing was constraining them. Their eyes were heavy, His soul was heavy. Burdens constrain your behavior and your relationships. Transactions were happening in the spirit and they were sleeping.

3 kinds of burdens

1. Burdens of demonic origin

   Oppressive and destructive. Not from God. Matthew 11:28, Isaiah 10:27

   "I will give you rest" means He was not the one who put that burden there. This one was put on your neck. It is oppression and captivity.

   Do not embrace every burden. People have received things from the devil with gratitude. You do not travail over it, you rebuke it. The yoke is destroyed because of the anointing.

2. Burdens of natural origin

   These come because of your needs, day to day issues, worries and anxieties. Galatians 6:2, Philippians 4:6, 1 Peter 5:7

   House rent, school fees. Not necessarily demonic, just human. Anything you do to ease the situation is bearing one another's burdens.

   Human burdens express themselves as anxiety, because of needs and requests. Cast your cares on Him. God will raise men to ease your burden.

3. God sent, God initiated burdens

   Matthew 11:29-30

   Destiny activating burdens connected to the birthing of your assignment. Prophecy on its way to being manifested. The glory of God crying within your spirit for expression. A call to the God and man partnership.

3 seasons that God initiated burdens lead into

Likened to the trimesters of a pregnancy. If you miss any of them you will never birth the glory in your life and generation.

1. The season of separation

   Proverbs 18:1 Through desire a man separates himself.

   A strange season. You don't go in groups, as husband and wife or as choir members. Only one man walks. People can intercede for you but no one can go through it for you. There are things God cannot tell you in public. It is you and the Spirit of God.

   4 marks of the season of separation:

   1. Self-discovery. You never know who you are until you are left alone like Jacob. No packaging, no lying, just you and God.
   2. Growth in knowledge and understanding. High level spiritual illumination. You want to be alone. It is not depression, depression is a demonic burden. This is destiny beckoning. You stay on one verse for two weeks like a well. You don't become a winner in public. The cave of Adullam, the backside of the mountain.
   3. Personal transformation. The flesh dies like a snake molting. You come out of your carnal, fearful, doubtful, envious, jealous, lust driven self.
   4. Prayer investments. Prayer with no prayer points, for intimacy, transformation and empowerment. It draws the anointing needed for your destiny.

   God hides your report card. He never shows you your progress so it does not distract you. The level of training some are under is equal to that of a general overseer and they cannot see it. There are no results to flatter or deceive you. In the presence of results you become high minded.

   You can jump the seasons and manipulate your way, but it will catch up with you even after 10 years. Sometimes mercy is God rescheduling the seasons so you go through them properly.

   On prayer investments: it must become an addiction. "Give ourselves" to prayer means addiction Acts 6:4 You pray with no job, no recognition, no one saying "I will marry you". If that season has not happened to you, you are not ready for travail.

   Prayer is not for prayer warriors. It is the protocol for birthing the glory. Jesus went and prayed three times. We know not what to pray for as we ought, but we have the advantage of the Holy Ghost.

   You may soak in worship for hours. A song or one line stays on repeat. That song is a ladder in the spirit.

   When manifestation comes you don't lay the foundation of prayer, you consolidate on years of prayer. Elijah was told to eat, because you don't know how far you are going.

   There is no gift of prayer. Prayer is a sacrifice and a discipline. There is an engracing but you do the praying. Call and He will show you great and mighty things connected to your destiny. In prayer you redeem years and decades.

   Prayer investments are like vapor sent to your clouds, because one day it will rain. The apostolic and the prophetic give language to your spiritual experiences so you can tell whether it is initiated of the devil or of God.

2. The season of silence

   You live in the silence of God.

   Moses, 40 years at the backside of the mountain. Israel, 430 years. John in the wilderness Luke 1:80. Those who become it usually don't look like it.

   Jesus, from age 12 to 30, 18 years, and we hear nothing. Never call your time of silence a waste. Out of 33 years, 3 and a half years of glory swallowed up the waiting.

   Paul, 3 years in the wilderness of Arabia Galatians 1:18. Out of it came the epistles Ephesians 3:3-6

   Satan is an opportunist. He will interpret God's silence as something wrong with you and threaten your sense of righteousness.

   This is the season where your actions are right but you don't see results. Not every absence of results means change what you are doing. Sometimes you just stay. Keep going. A pregnant woman in her second trimester just keeps going.

   Learn patience and persistence Hebrews 10:36 There is a gap between doing the will of God and receiving the promise. Satan gives inferior alternatives so you abort precious seasons. There is a spiritual DHL on its way.

   The prophetic word for this season is stay. No invitations yet, stay. No spouse yet, stay. No child yet, stay. Don't compromise.

   It is a season of weariness Galatians 6:9 There is a due season where destiny collides with grace, anointing and the mantle. Fix your eyes on Jesus and on your vision. Don't waste time explaining your life. Learn to walk by faith.

   When God is silent keep moving. Walk with the last instruction.

   When you don't hear His voice, trust His presence. The disciples were angry at His silence, yet He was in the boat. Even asleep, it is a sign you will not die. Verify Jesus is in your boat before you start rocking it Deuteronomy 31:5-6 God speaks but does not always speak. He did not guarantee you will hear Him every day, but He guaranteed His presence all the time.

   Fear not Isaiah 43:1-2

   Abraham solved Lot's problem yet was left childless. He said "Here is Eliezer, use him". Every time your humanity takes over, don't give up. God is not mad at you.

   The silence of God is a language itself. It is not lack of obedience. It is not because anything happened to your righteousness. There is a dimension of faith not about obtaining promises but about a testimony of trusting God Hebrews 11

   When prayer does not produce results, give thanks. The wisdom of God is working something out. "All things", not "all good things". Never charge God with unfaithfulness.

   Joseph in the pit and prison, two more years added. The one who can survive the silence of God is ready to birth glory. There is a dimension where you lose the ability to complain: "though He slay me, yet will I trust Him".

   Every time righteousness leads you to trouble, rejoice. Daniel's diligence took him to the lions' den. Joseph's integrity took him to prison.

   Beware of two places, the prison and the cross. Never judge anyone you see there, you may be judging Joseph. The prison is a waiting room. Not everyone on the cross is a thief. A burden can make you look like a criminal.

   How you know it is over: you no longer care whether the result happens. Your joy is disconnected from the coming in or going out of things. Those who eventually obtain are those who have the power to lose. You become a celebrity without a celebrity mentality.

   The goal of the season is death that produces glory. Time does not determine the end of the season, death does. It can end in 6 months or last 15 years. Not every delay is demonic. Some are engineered by mercy so you don't have a bad testimony.

3. The season of manifestation

   The season of showing forth. A season of results, of glory.

   Satan waits at the corridor between silence and manifestation, at the point of delivery, to destroy the vision, ministry or business. He uses offense. Your husband who used to be nice suddenly turns like a beast. It is not about your husband.

   Angels function as midwives in prophetic seasons. Unusual angelic activity tells Satan something is about to be born.

   The dragon at the point of delivery Revelation 12

   Scripture has three layers: historic or archaeological, doctrinal or contextual, prophetic. The woman fled to a wilderness prepared by God. Wilderness, not oasis. Even at the ninth month a woman can lose her pregnancy.

   3 things to do: pray again, the word, and warfare. In every season prayer has an unchangeable role. Say, I will pray.

   Elijah assumed a birthing position and sent his servant seven times before a cloud like a man's fist appeared.

   Manifestation happens fast though training is slow. Like an iceberg, only the tip is visible. It was an evolution. One song, one sermon, one conference, and you are everywhere. The sermon is not the sermon, it is the season.

   Some of the most spectacular miracles happened in the hidden seasons, with no social media and no one to clap. It was to keep your focus and tame pride. Those who skip the training don't last when the door opens. One year of manifestation and pride eats them up.

   Glory can make you look like God before men. From the residue of your training you say "worship God", like the elder who said "do not worship me, I am one like you".

   Your open door is desiring to come to you but Satan hinders.

   The final lap of prayer before birthing is warfare, not edification. You confront demonic spirits. A test of stature. You hold on the horns of the altar and push one last time. Territorial spirits will notice you. A frustrated Satan says "so you think you can bring God's people into abundance?"

   From the time of labor it is your responsibility. If you don't take your life serious you may carry the pregnancy until God creates another strategy to remove it.

   In your season of appearing, anything can be used to announce you. God schedules your destiny helpers and brings you into their midst.

An impartation is a transfer of possibilities. Possibilities are a commodity with substance in the spirit. The midwife helps but the woman must push.

The men are there and they have names, but it takes prophecy to call them to your life.
