Edo Healing and Deliverance Crusade — Night One
This service was a healing crusade in Benin City, Edo State, following two-day crusades in Bayelsa and Onitsha. Dr. Paul Enenche moved straight into prayer for the sick, with testimonies coming forward through the night.
Prayer for Healing
- Father, I take authority over the spirit of blindness — blindness by cataract, by glaucoma, by retinal detachment, by astigmatism, blindness of witchcraft, blindness of affliction, and sexually inherited blindness. Lose your grip on the eyes now. Blind eyes, open and see.
- Every mountain in my life, you are leaving now — every lump, every hernia, every goiter, every growth, on your marks, get set, go.
Testimonies
As people came forward through the service, reported healings included:
- Paralysis, arthritis, and a paralyzed hand from an accident restored to movement
- A suspected appendix mass that disappeared during worship, confirmed by an attending doctor
- Breast lumps, umbilical hernias, and neck and throat growths that disappeared or reduced
- A stage-two breast cancer case where the lump vanished before the crowd
- Sickle cell crisis, with a declaration for the patient's genotype to change from SS to AA on retesting
- Cataracts and diabetic retinopathy, including a woman with 32 years of cataract in one eye who began seeing immediately after prayer
- Neck afflictions, cervical spondylosis, knee conditions, and users of canes, crutches, and walking frames walking unaided
- Hypertension, abdominal pain, urinary catheter dependence, and a 9-month fibroid that reduced
- A goiter that continued visibly shrinking during the service
The Mercy of God
Isaiah 55:3 — "Incline your ear and come unto me: hear, and your soul shall live; and I will make an everlasting covenant with you, even the sure mercies of David."
David was one of the greatest beneficiaries of the mercy of God, raised up as an alternative to Saul, who had failed God. The healings, deliverances, and victories seen tonight came through that same mercy — the mercy that sent Jesus from heaven to die for the sins of the world and that guarantees eternity with God.
Salvation Prayer
- Lord Jesus, I am a sinner in need of your help. Come into my life, Lord. Make me a new person. Today I have decided to follow you, Jesus. No turning back, forward ever, backward never.
Those bound by alcoholism, smoking, womanizing, cultism, fraud, or "yahoo" (internet fraud) life were invited forward to have that yoke broken. The congregation was told to return the next night with a bottle of oil, and to write down every idol or deity tied to their father's house that needed to be dealt with.
